NEXT STOP LATIN AMERICA
In November 2015, I set off on an adventure to explore off-the-beaten-trail experiences in Latin America and create a documentary for Lan and Tam Airlines Group, South America’s largest airline. In four weeks my journey took me through Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina and Brazil. My first expedition was by mountain bike and boat through the Bolivian jungle; exploring dusty mining towns, jumping off waterfalls and cycling from mountains 5000m high, where the air felt thin. The scenery was incredible and scope for adventure vast.
My second expedition took me through Patagonia, with it’s turquoise lakes, towering snowy mountains, granite spires and glaciers, I quickly fell in love with this part of the world. I finished my journey with an endurance challenge, running through the mountains in Patagonia, followed by a trip to Rio de Janeiro which included sunrise running and cocktails on Copacabana beach.
