The Alpine Coast to Coast is a world-first expedition to climb to the summits of the highest mountains in the eight alpine countries and cycle between them. 

To complete this challenge, Sophie covered 1700km by bike and 151km on foot with a total ascent of 45,500m. It took her 32 days to travel from Trieste on the Italian Coast, through Slovenia, Austria, Lichtenstein, Switzerland, France and Italy before reaching the coast in Monaco and the end of her epic challenge. 

She was supported on this journey by Adidas, Haglofs and her husband Charley who was her partner on the eight mountain climbs.
